Danika Viola

(she/her)

Owner & Occupational Therapist

MS, OTR/L, PCES, CCTS-I

 Fort Washington, PA

Danika created Flourish Pelvic Health & Wellness in 2020 after realizing (following 2 kids in 2 years!) that there was a lack of quality pelvic floor therapy in the Montgomery County area. Her vision for Flourish is to provide a safe, comfortable, beautiful space where women, the LGBTQIA+ community, and children can go to receive high quality, trauma-informed, holistic pelvic floor therapy.

Danika is an occupational therapist who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation & occupational therapy for women, pediatrics, and infants. She finds immense joy in working with pregnant people & moms with brand new babies! She also loves working with women trying to improve their athletic skills/function, and with kids who have issues with pelvic floor function. Danika graduated from Ithaca College in 2013 with her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy.

Danika also founded the Flourish Birth & Family Collective and the Flourish Mentorship Program for pelvic health OT practitioners.

Danika lives in Abington with her husband, 3 young sons, and 2 dogs. She is a below the knee amputee and enjoys being active by weightlifting, hiking, and with HIIT. She loves reading, camping, and drinking coffee!

Froza Doe

(she/her)

Lead Clinician & Occupational Therapist

MS, OTR/L, PCES, CCTS-I

Fort Washington, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ

Froza Doe, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist who specializes in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She earned her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University and her Bachelors degree in Health Promotion & Exercise Science from Rowan University. She has completed post-graduate education and training for pelvic floor rehabilitation from The Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and received training in Reiki and trauma-informed care. Froza strives to provide a holistic and trauma-informed approach to improve function and enhance her client’s overall quality of life.

Froza realized her passion to pursue a specialty in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation after giving birth to her son. After many of her postpartum concerns were dismissed by her physicians as “normal”, Froza sought answers to address the underlying cause of her problems and found the answers in pelvic floor therapy. From the moment she discovered pelvic floor therapy, she knew she wanted to utilize her clinical knowledge and experience to empower women to restore function and improve their ability to engage in their daily activities and interests.

Froza currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, son, and daughter! During her spare time, Froza enjoys dancing, singing karaoke, kickboxing, going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys watching movies and eating brownie a la mode.
