As much as we all wish we could give you a definitive answer, the truth is that it depends on so many factors. We typically see initial improvement within 2-3 sessions, and our average number of patient visits is 5-7.

We do not contract with any insurance companies. We choose to be an out-of-network provider in order to provide better, more holistic services for you. By not contracting, we can offer a higher quality package that truly encompasses you and your goals, and not just what insurance wants your goals to be.

Absolutely! We can provide you a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company. A superbill is basically a receipt that includes your diagnosis code(s), treatment codes, billing units, and how much you paid. Reimbursement depends on your insurance and the out-of-network percentage. For more questions, please call your insurance company as every plan & company is different!

In fact, we literally have a merch store dedicated to our sliding scale & pro bono fund, and all of the proceeds from most of our events go towards our sliding scale & pro bono fund.
Give us a call or fill out our contact form to chat about sliding scale rates and if we have any spots open, as this has limited availability.

An initial evaluation will begin with a lengthy chat about your medical & social history, your goals, and your daily activities & routines.
Depending on the reason for evaluation, we will usually move into a functional movement assessment to see how your joints & biomechanics could be reflecting the issues you’re having (or to improve upon if we’re working in a preventative model).
Following our external assessment, we can do an internal assessment if indicated and only with your explicit consent. We tell you every single step of what we’re doing with the help of our pelvic model, and help you connect to your pelvic floor!
At the end of the evaluation, we’ll go back to talking about your goals & come up with a plan of care to get you to those goals!

You may not believe this, but trust us. While pelvic floor therapy is beneficial for everyone, it’s most helpful for those with bladder, bowel, and sexual health issues or concerns.
If you don’t have any concerns with these, you’re still welcome to come in for an evaluation and to learn about how to use your core and pelvic floor optimally!
